Rule number 1
One thing in advance: I value respectful interaction - especially when communicating with each other.
I try to find solutions for every situation, sometimes postpone appointments, and provide support and advice.
Anyone who becomes unfair or insulting, no longer responds to messages, has absolutely no understanding, or cannot understand why I am sometimes unavailable in my free time will unfortunately not be able to receive further treatment from me and will therefore have to look for another studio.

How do I book an appointment?
Only online via the booking tool. If you have any questions in advance, please feel free to write a short email in advance to kontakt@lashtik.de . You will then receive feedback as quickly as possible.
Please understand that I cannot respond by phone, Instagram or WhatsApp. As a rule, I am currently undergoing treatment. Thank you :)
What is the booking process like?
Use the convenient online booking tool. Choose your desired service, a day off and a suitable time. Please enter your correct details and confirm your details with “ Book now ”. You will then receive an email with a summary. Please note! This is not an appointment confirmation , but an appointment request. As a rule, confirmation or a counter-proposal follows the following day if appointments conflict.
As a new customer , you will also receive an information email with payment instructions for the 50% deposit. Please be patient here.
I am a new customer - what do I have to book and consider?
If you are a new customer, please make sure that you always create a “ new system ”. select as service. If there are still remains of an eyelash extension, please also select the “ Remove external work ” service. Please understand that no work will be filled by other stylists.
If you have requested an appointment as a new customer, it will only be confirmed once you have paid a 50% deposit . Payment must be made within 7 days via PayPal or bank transfer. Otherwise the appointment will be canceled. You will receive the payment information after your request. Please be patient for this as it will be sent manually.
When you come to an appointment for the first time, you will be advised on site and given 1.2 documents to clarify and sign.

Can I cancel/cancel an appointment?
You can cancel your appointment at any time.
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment. Please go to the appointment confirmation in your emails. There you will find the “ Cancel appointment ” button.
If you still have to cancel after this deadline, please write a WhatsApp and state your name and the affected date. Please note that in this case a cancellation fee of up to 75% will be due.
How long can I book a refill for?
Your booked refill appointment must not be more than 4 weeks away from your last appointment. If this is the case, please book a new system directly.
Example:
Last date January 1st, 2024
Latest next appointment 4 weeks (28 days) later.
The background is that after a certain time the remains of the eyelash extensions and the quality of them are no longer sufficient to carry out a refill.
Can I bring someone with me?
It is not possible to bring additional people with you. Since you should relax during the treatment so that your eyelash extensions can be carried out with concentration, it is neither possible to supervise your children nor to have conversations with your best friend or relatives. It is clear that this is sometimes difficult from an organizational point of view, but please understand. Thank you.
Are animals allowed?
Bringing your pet is not possible . Since you relax during the treatment and may fall asleep, care cannot be guaranteed. The premises are also not suitable for this.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash or via PayPal. Card payments with EC or credit cards are not possible . If you are a new customer, please note that a 50% deposit must be paid.
How long is the shelf life?
Providing a guarantee here would not be serious. Every person is different and therefore has different requirements. On average, my customers come to their appointments every 3-4 weeks .
I am not satisfied after the treatment!
Even though this only happens very rarely, it's absolutely fine if you just let them know. To do this, please simply contact WhatsApp or write an email to kontakt@lashtik.de .
Please note that a complaint is only possible up to 48 hours after the treatment. Afterwards, it is no longer possible to understand what conditions the eyelash extensions have been exposed to since the treatment.
Additionally, this is purely a goodwill decision .
Is the studio barrier-free?
The studio can be reached barrier-free via an elevator. The doors are wide and the areas are at ground level. The toilet is also barrier-free . Has something not been thought about sufficiently? Please share it directly - your help is very valuable!
Which languages are spoken?
It is imperative that you speak German or English . The background is that you need to be given reasonable advice at the beginning. Even if you are a new customer, you must fill out informational documents before starting treatment. A good understanding of the language is crucial for this.
Please understand that if there is a language barrier, no treatment can currently take place. However, we are currently working on a solution to be able to offer treatment regardless of spoken and written language.
